In Store Pick up
We offer in store pick up as your delivery method for customers local to our store. Our address is Unit 7-8 Rolling Mill Industrial Estate, Rolling Mill Street, Walsall, WS2 9EQ and opening hours are:
Mon - Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Fri - 7:45am - 4:30pm
Saturday 8:00am - 10:30am
How long does shipping take?
You will generally receive your order within 2-3 days. Occasionally, items will be on a longer lead time, we will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case to advise lead time and discuss options.
What is your refund policy?
All products can be returned providing you have contacted us within 7 days and they are in a re-sellable condition. This excludes bespoke products and specials that have had to be ordered in.
What product guarantee’s do I have?
Each manufacturer offers different guarantees for each product, please do not hesitate to contact our staff before purchasing your goods to find out.
I don’t like ordering online, do you have a shop?
We do have a shop with a busy trade counter, we are a reputable company that has been in business for 15 years. If you are not comfortable ordering online please get in touch.
